The Custom Gifting Experience

The Process from Inquiry to Delivery!

 

Step One

Interested in working with us to create a custom gift for your Wedding, Corporate Celebration, Client Appreciation Gift or Milestone Event but want to know more?

Once you complete our contact form inquiring about custom gifting services, ideally three or more months prior to your gift delivery date, we will send you a link to complete our Design Questionnaire which gives us additional information about your gifting needs, detailed pricing for our custom gifting service and a request to setup a phone consultation.

Step Two

Following our phone consultation we will send over a contract for services and invoice for the non-refundable service fee. Our service fee includes the creation of up to three gift designs (with edits), the procurement of products, assembly of custom gifts and delivery of your gifts.

Once a contract and payment are received we will send three design inspirations for your custom gifts, including an estimate for each design and images of locally sourced products included.

Step Three

Out of the three designs presented you will choose which gift inspiration to move forward with, or a combination of the design. We will work together to firm up the final gift design to fit your budget and vision.

Once a final design of your custom gift has been chosen we will lock in the product selections, delivery date, delivery location(s) and gift count, ideally no later than 2 months prior to your delivery date. A 50% deposit covering the cost of products, additional delivery fees (if applicable) and taxes will be made and all products will be ordered. At this time the product and gift count may not be reduced however additions can be made up to 1 month of the delivery date, contingent upon Evergreen Custom Gifts’ ability to procure the desired products.

Step Four

Your keepsakes begin arriving at Evergreen Custom Gifting.

Final payment of the remaining fifty percent is due seven calendar days prior to delivery date. This final payment include any additional product fees, taxes based on delivery locations, and any incidental remaining fees.

Step Five

A day prior to delivery, or on the day of, perishable items from fresh floral to custom cookies are picked up and final gift assembly is complete.

Your gifts are delivered or picked up at our Kirkland office!

Guests arriving at their hotel room for your wedding weekend are delighted to receive a heartfelt note and gift that thank them for traveling to your wedding and providing an introduction to what will be an unforgettable destination wedding weekend.
